Just as described, replaced my shorter handlebars perfectly. They are made of steel, have a 3 1/2" rise and span 27 1/2". Could not find better for the price.

It is made of steel i believe and is noticeably, quite noticeably heavier than a carbon handlebar in the other hand!

but that's ok in my use. i'm going to replace the very swept back handlebars on a beach cruiser bike to make the bike more rider friendly and less fashion-victim. yes - just updating an old mongoose cheapo bike :)Read full review...
