Warranty process was slow and quality control is not the greatest.

They don't refurb they just send you a used unit for warranty. The one I received smelt like cig smoke gross. They let me exchange it again so like a 5 week process overall.Read full review

Data transfer is very slow - 3 Mbps in spite of 100 Mbps capability.
