You put it on after lotion and it tans you the longer it is on and it’s safe for your clothes. I have used it once before and just bought it to use for my wedding. Start a few days or minutes before needed just make sure you wear moisturizer lotion, do not wash off for 24 hrs! Let it set. I Love Tan Towel!
I have been using tan towel periodically for the last several years. I'm fair skinned and thought the medium-dark might be too much but it's perfect. The half towel is enough to cover the areas I want a little color, mostly my legs and feet, that don't get exposed to very much sun. There is a slight residual smell for a few hours but it's not bad.
