Buy it, great Beach Boys collection

The first 2 discs offer pretty much the full spread of all of their hits, including the hard to find Beach Boys medley. For the discerning Beach Boys fan, there are some songs on the 3rd disc that I hadn't heard before, kind of capturing a period prior to their initial hits (goes back to 1957). Am very satisfied with both the song list and the quality of the recordings. Highly recommend to any Beach Boys fan. This is my 3rd hits package of this group and this is the best, not only because of the collection of the music, but the quality of the song pressings.Read full review...

A great though not perfect BB collection

Great collection! There were a few glaring omissions (catch a wave, dont back down, here today, all I wanna do....etc) that could have replaced lesser songs like the bb medley or wipe out with the fat boys . I supplemented this with my own "disc 4" with stuff from the "that's why God made the radio" LP and Brian Wilson's "Pier pressure" and BB gems like "little bird," "feel flows..."Read full review...

Good traveling music (auto).
