I like it! Mr. Bean is an excellent comic actor. This DVD is full of his best episodes. It's really a lot of episodes and long long fun. Mr. Bean's behavior in stories is simillar to behavior of poeple with Asperger syndrom. I have 2 members of my family Aspergers, so I know, what I am wriiting here:-) They are excellent, funny, inteligent, nevertheless, they have a huge problems in normal life. A funny man

Rowan Atkinson is almost as funny as America's Red Skelton and Jerry Lewis.
I am sorry he won't be making anymore Mr. Bean films.

Mr. Bean is Mr. Bean

Not quite as funny as I expected Mr. Bean to be. Some of these stories are sad, such as the New Year's Eve party, where the friends set the clock ahead so that they can leave early. The sandwich episode is creative, as are all of Mr. Bean's shows, I think. How did this guy ever survive growing up in a proper British society??? He can be really off the wall. Mr. Bean in all his glory

After seeing Mr. Bean's Holiday a couple of times, I thought I would like to have some of his early works. This DVD had about a dozen of his skits from his TV show. It also has a biographical section and a lot of the background of how the Mr. Bean character developed. I bought this DVD for my Granny who is hearing impaired and she absolutely loved it because you don't have to hear it to get the humor. Rowan Atkinson is one of the funniest comedians. His facial expressions will make you laugh more than anything. Even though the DVD has only 5 episodes there are about 3 or 4 30 minute segments contained in each episode so it is definately worth the money.Read full review...

The Best of Mr. Bean

Perfect for those who enjoy vaudeville type humor. Mr. Bean's facial expressions would be enough to have me laughing out loud but combined with the thought process of his character and his crazy antics these episodes have me rolling.
