Eye of the beholder

ROCKY & BULWINKLE has a nostalgic appeal for me as I grew up watching it. If you are new to the series you may like the quirky style of art and writing but comedy doesn't travel well through time.

the good old days

i am on my way to visit my sister and decided to bring a few "blasts from the past" with me. as children, this was one of our favorite programs!everything was so clean and wholesome then.i have purchased this and the series to view with my sister. i am sure she will get a charge out of this! for those who are not familiar with this show, it is a cartoon. but not like the ones you see today. the main characters are Rocky J. Squirrel and his buddy Bullwinkle the Moose. they are friends and comrad at arms, doing battle against the nefarious Boris and Natasha. spys from an un-named country. we also have Pearl Pureheart and her mounty boyfriend, who must save Pearl from the likes of the villainous Armlocks Hurts.also included is fractured fairy tales. good clean fun for all ages!Read full review...

Good for a laugh!

I bought it for my mom for Mother's Day. She is always saying what a clever and funny show it was, and she always used to watch it when she was a kid.
She LOVED it! It was a nice surprise, I think. She watches it with my son and they both laugh. I will definitely be getting other volumes in the series for her.Read full review...

What can I say? You can never go wrong with Rocky and Bullwinkle! One of the best cartoon series of the early sixties. I never missed it when I was a kid and always caught it in reruns. Having them on DVD is great!Read full review...

BS, Fractured Fairy tales and Peabody removed

Bullwinkle cartoons are classics but the fractured fairy tales and the Peabody and Sherman segments have all been removed. Really disappointed.

Slow shipping

It took me three weeks and several contacts but I did eventually get the DVD. Overall I would rate them sub-par and won't buy from them again. It shipped from Canada.
