bought this as a lark, and a test, to see if it was a funny as when I saw it in my teens...Bob Newhart was dynamite as his "Major Major" bit role in "Catch 22" and so I thought I'd see how his show was. Definitely soft-impact comedy and of course not all the shows fly well, but generally good light comic relief, and relief from the nonstop heavy-vulgar these days. For anyone who loved the Bob Newhart show, this is an excellent box set featuring Bob and all his off beat patients and friends.
