A word of caution before you buy this book.

I think it’s important to let buyers know that the editor/translator of this book does not believe that the Book of Enoch is authentic. He suggests that the Book of Enoch as we have it today is mostly a forgery, being of later authorship, devised to corrupt the faith of believers. He discusses his opinions that it’s source is that of a Jesuit conspiracy and brings into question the character of those involved in its history. However he does recognize the manuscript fragments found in the Dead Sea Scrolls as more likely to be authentic, and has those portions underlined in the text. Although he places the Father’s name Yahuah throughout the text, I personally find it difficult to give his translation any credibility since he himself is not convinced that it is an authentic and reliable ancient book.
