I bought this for a friend who used to own it on VHS and hasn't been able to find the DVD. He says he still loves the movie. I have yet to watch.

The book is a fabulous read, if you enjoy historical fiction. The movie follows the book pretty well, and the actors are great, and they did a good job with the movie being only about an hour and a half, for a 500 page book. I would recommend it.Read full review
