Thr other movies made the collection more delightful. Had a great time viewing acting at it's finest. No one could do it like Burt with that famous smile and good looks. Films from the past

I bought a DVD a coulpe of weeks ago called the Crimson pirate, It's a film from the 1950's so it wasn't an easy film to find. Keeping in mind how old the movie is and that colour was only just being intoduced back then, the picture quality and the colour on the DVD are excelent, not forgeting the sound which is just as good. Great movie but imported DVD w/ distracting Korean subtitles not removable.

The DVD was great but there wasn't any mention of Korean language captions. The captions were taped on with DVD and couldn't be removed so it was a little distracting from the movie. Seller didn't mention that the movie was imported and the forced captions cause me to give an overall rating of 3/5.Read full review...

The Crimson Pirate returns!!!

This is one of my favorite movies so I just had to have a copy. I had recently purchased " The Flame and the Arrow " to go along with this other Burt Lancaster title.

Gusto and daring REAL acrobatics mixed with clever dialog, great action, and memorable characters. This 50+ year-old movie can give this year's action-adventures a run for the money.
