A very powerful and moving film whose realistic portrayal of how life was for the Duchess of Derbyshire can only be described as engaging, heartwarming, heartbreaking and challenging all at the same time. Knightley and Fiennes are well suited to their roles and their performances are absolutely faultless. Good story & good value

I love period drama films and this one did not disappoint me, the story did remind me of Lady Diana and her life in the Royal family.
The costumes and hair wigs were huge,
