This book is the conclusion of the first Sparhawk series, and it ends rather well. Following up where the Ruby Knight left off, David Eddings concludes the tale with twists and turns that leave you wanting more. I recommend this, of course, if you've read the previous two titles. the title is not too interesting

this is a very good book, has a lot of action, but the dialogue is too simple. i decided to buy the book because i already have "the diamond throne" and "the ruby knight"
