You're no Dummy if you get this album!
The initial offering by the quirky cousins North f the States, Very folky, at times somber, certainly moody. Good melodies and not over instrumented. Nice!

A MUST have album for Crash Test Dummies fans!
One of the BEST recordings from the Crash Test Dummies! Every song is a good one! The music is similar to "God Shuffled His Feet."

A great CD w/many influences
This cd has provided many hours of enjoyment. The songs have a wide variety of influences, from blue grass to country to scottish folk to alternative rock, all blended together to form a very interesting and enjoyable listening experience. Several of the songs have cello, violin and piano accompanyment which adds a rich, full sound.
I appreciate the complexity of the music the more I liten to it. New nuances are discovered each time. This cd continues to grow on me each and every time I play it. I recommend it.Read full review...

Down A Different Road
This CD is quite different from anything else the Crash Test Dummies have done. It delves into country, Celtic, bluegrass etc. and they do a pretty good job. Unfortunately, this one just doesn't grab me like God Shuffled His Feet or A Worm's Life. The lyrics are as good as ever but I can only give it 3 1/2 stars.Read full review...
No Dummies
So-far my favorite Crash Test Dummies CD. The SUPERMAN song alone is worth the price of the CD. Some songs are a little sad, but this one should be in your collection.
