A great look into the inner workings of the NHL's upper management.

I have a new and better opinion regarding Mr. Bettman after reading this book. Although he is vilified in the hockey media (especially in Canada) he dragged the NHL kicking and screaming from the 20th into the 21st century and his efforts are finally bearing fruit.

Although he gets the blame for three lockouts (one cancelling an entire season) in retrospect they were necessary for the long term viability of the league.
