Why I bought The Philadelphia Story

I bought The Philadelphia Story because it is one of my favorite old classic movies. Jimmy Stewart is one of my favorite movie stars. I liked the story line. How a rich girl ( Katherine Hepburn) saw herself as a girl just wanting to be loved, but how the men in her life put her on a pedestal that she could not live up to. Cary Grant was great in this movie, portraying the only man in her life that really understood her. I have loved this movie ever since I saw it the first time over 20 years ago.Read full review...
