AN EASY TO READ, ESSENTIAL BOOK ON WESLEYAN THEOLOGY

Read this little book at an evening's sitting. A pastor recommended this book as a useful study resource for a class or small group discussion. What I liked most about the book was the helpful explanation of John Wesley's view of original sin, and the emphasis that recovering the image of God is possible. Harper does an excellent job in explaining God's way of salvation - the way to heaven. The book requires some basic understanding of theological terms used. A glossary of terms would be most helpful. This book is highly recommended as an excellent introduction to the theology of John Wesley and as a book for personal devotion and reflection.Read full review...
