This game is awesome and very entertaining

story
the story of this game is that your this kid who hates everyone and some how be comes part of something called the reapers game. and have to do seven missions one each day. then you eventually meet up with a girl and fight something the noise wich are monster that you can fight wenever you want.

game play
the game play is very cool and unique once you find your partner you can start fighting the noise. but wat i love about this game is that you and your partner fight on both screens.
the bottom screen is all touch based you tap and slash to attack and on the top screen you have your partner witch you use the control pad to attack and might seem complicated but its not you can choose if you want to use the top screen or not its up to you.

overall this is a very fun game for older people in ther teens or something.Read full review...

Awesome game that is a bit hard to find. A rare gem of ds games!

I saw it in a store and was wondering if I should get it, but I let my friend buy it instead. He let me play it for a bit, and I instantly enjoyed it (I usually don't enjoy games that focus too much on the touch screen). I wanted it, but I couldn't find one until recently.

I bought it because I like RPGs (Role-Playing Games) and the story is pretty unique. I haven't played it for too much, but I have yet to be disappointed. It's one of the few games that also incorporates multiplayer (albeit local), which is pretty rare for most RPGs.

Very awsome game.

The World Ends With You is one of the best ds games ever. No one has heard much of this game but I totaly recommend it. Nomura Tetsuya (Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy) helped in this game so we know it should be good.The storyline is awsome and it is really. Fun, yea it could be kind of hard to control 2 characters at one, but with experience, it gets better by the time youe get your second partner. Its kind of a teary story yet it makes me laugh at how the dialogue is written...i actualy compared the main character to Squall, since both rather keep to themselves. Love the Art Work

Though the gameplay/battle system, at first, is a little confusing, it's easy once you get into how it plays. The story is very interesting, and modern, and no one can argue with the soundtrack; it's just that good.
The art, though similar to the art in Kingdom Hearts, is amazing. All the character and story development is clearly shown, no Mary-Sues and Gary-Stus here.

All in all, I find it a great change from the "Average" RPG.
