Thinner

This has always been a favorite of mine. It's a movie by Stephen King as Richard Bachman. And I think it's the first time a fat suit was ever used on the big screen.

All the characters are believable and the story line very good. It's about an overweight attorney who gets cursed by a gypsy and his quest to have him take it back. Very believable.

It was rated a B movie back in the day but it's an A movie to me. I had the VHS and upgraded to the better DVD format. Well worth having in your collection, that is if you like King.Read full review...

Nice Curse Movie

It's a 90's movie, but it still has a clear image quality in this DVD.
If you like horror movies that contain casting a curse to someone, this movie is 1 of a kind.
The special effect is relatively good, concerning it's a 90's movie.
The story is good also. Although it seems to be a cliche, it does have a nice message to the viewer. After all, it's based on Stephen King's novel.
Not to mention, the movie has Kari Wuhrer. Her appearances are relatively rare though.
But, there is a small scene where she shows her bra&lifting up her skirt...quite sexy for Kari Wuhrer fans.
All in all, this movie is worth to buy as a collectors' item.Read full review...
