Over priced and underperforms HoMedics

I had a Homedics massager very similar in shape and function that cost about $30. It lasted me for 16 years of personal use. The Thumper lacks the same vigorous vibration and also lacks a heat function. I thought this would be an upgrade and boy was I wrong. Considering re-gifting this one and going with a HoMedics product that has heat. Also....the rubber based knobby doofers do not "glide" well when using. Sorry i bought this one.Read full review

Sport Thumper Massager

My wife had a chiropractor use a thumper on her as part of his therapy, and he claimed that his was like two or $300.00.
So when I searched on eBay and found the sports model thumper for 129 free shipping I ordered it immediately. I had never had it used on me, so when my wife worked on my back and neck with it it was AHHHSOME!!!
I would highly recommend owning one as it beats just a vibrator one like those genii orbital massagers that are kind of like a handheld sander, the THUMPER really penetrates and rejuvenates!!!

lighter and quieter than Eurosagge Pro

This massager works very well, however, we also have a Eurossage pro and like it better. That is what I was looking for but, apparently they don't make them anymore. We've had it for quite a few years and were afraid if it ever broke we would be without one. That was the best investment we have ever made. My husband and I both have back pain and we use it every day. The Thumper is a very close second. It just seems that the power isn't as strong, not by much though. The Thumper is of quality construction. The WEIGHT is a LOT for a couple of 76 year olds to use. What I found disappointing was all the don't use on this muscle or that muscle WARNINGS. I wouldn't have spent that much money if I was able to read the warnings before I purchased it.Read full review
