Tomorrow Never Dies-- still Pierce Brosnan's best Bond film...
Great film! Arguably, Pierce Brosnan's best Bond film by the director of 'Terror Train' (1980) and 'Air America' (1990). Very comic book in style, but with a great script by Bruce Fierstein about a media mogul taking advantage of his influence to start wars for ratings. Great performance by future Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh, the always intense and theatrical Jonathan Pryce playing megalomaniac Elliot Carver, a very vulnerable character arc for Teri Hatcher in relation to Bond seeing her as a close ex-girlfriend and an amusing as always Joe Don Baker retuning as CIA agent, Jack Wade-- Felix Leiter's replacement at the time.
I loved this film as a kid, and I was glad to buy it as a Christmas present for a friend.Read full review...
Solid action with a great picture
Great picture, not as off the wall as the later Bonds were. A good addition to my collection
