Tonal Harmony

This was a required text in my music theory class. I got a used version from Ebay and it arrived in a timely manner.

The book is well written and clearly explains the context of the subject. I would highly recommend this for college or AP level teaching. This is a great learning tool for music fundamentals.

It follows right along & supports what my professor teaches in class. Some books you have to get for classes don't really seem to help all that much or it seems like the professor & the book contradict each other. I mean, our professor doesn't teach from the book. Fairly Well Organized

Not having seen ALOT of theory books, I do understand this book and like all of the self-tests. The workbook compliments the text and is VERY valubale. Don't buy the text with out the workbook.

Tonal Harmony 2003

The book is excellent for theory. I have had no problems with page markings, binding, or anything. It's perfect for what I need, and couldn't have asked for anything better!

I'm taking a theory class and I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money on one book. This book was in very decent condition with only minor flaws.
