It’s a bit bulky , can be better , but for $20 I was happy with it.

@ 1st I wasn’t thinking it was a good purchase , but molding it was much easier than I anticipated and once you do that it is totally worth it.
To save your teeth & help with clinching.
When focused and/or deep in thought I will clinch my jaw to the point of almost cracking teeth.

Did not hold up very long. Chewed threw it in about a month. Size if perfect and able to wear all night, just wished plastic was stronger or thicker.

The stress guard night mouth piece is very uncomfortable. It is made from a cheap plastic and does not feel good on your gums. I was also an uncomfortable fit making my jaw feel out of place. This can save you from losing a tooth fro grinding at night. Been using these for over 10 years now, and never lost another tooth. On the average, one lasts about 9 months to a year.
