I have been using TurboTax for about (10) years. I have found it very helpful. The most recent version (2017) that I purchased had several changes that I found to make it less user friendly.

Turbo Tax 2017 best of class

I have always used Turbo Tax cc'd at least going on 16 years. Never a problem.

Not very functional

Not only does the software not include a state module or download ink, it also does not allow the user to amend a Federal return.
