Solid final disc of new material / Modern Pop sound A++
In 2000, Tina embarked on what everyone thought would be her FINAL world tour. However, true talent would never be seen again if Tina were to finally retire. The queen of Rock gave us this final collection of all new material and she did NOT disappoint. Lead single, 'When The Heartache Is Over' was a slick dance pop ditty where TINA borrowed the mastermind producers behind Cher's monster hit, 'Believe'. Other album highlights include, 'Whatever You Need' and the title track. Overall this is a solid contribution but there is not a stand out anthem to be found amongst this collection. Wildest Dreams was a much better collection which feautured multiple pop gems.Read full review...

Twenty Four Seven by Tina Turner (CD, Nov-1999, Virgin)
What can I say about Tina Turner! I can listen to this album 24/7! It's Awesome and you'll never get tired of listening to Miss Tina Turner herself! Man, can that woman sing! And sings her heart out, too!
Enjoy!~~~~~~Read full review...
