Genius! A rare shining star in the midst of 80's crap

Cult of Personality; is there anyone that doesn't remember how hard that song hit when it was released to massive air play in the late 80's? Well, if you haven't heard the rest of the album, hold on.
Moving on you have Middle Man, Desperate People, Funny Vibe and Memories Can't Wait. All of these songs have the same attitude, the same harsh social criticism that made this album so great.
The other songs on the album are all fantastic. The only song that I don't truly enjoy (surprising to me, this was also a single) was Glamour Boys. Other than that, the album is a piece of artistic genius that has been lost to the darker side of Living Colour, which I do like, but I miss the original Living Colour with their cynical-sunny lyrics, hard hitting percussion, amazing guitar, and (as a bassist I feel qualified to say this) one of the greatest bassists ever to pick up the instrument, Muzz Skillings.
Do yourself a favor and get this piece of 80's positive side; after all, there wasn't much good about the 80's.
