2010 is an improvement

The graphics are wonderful, and the who gameplay style has really improved in my opinion, the only problem for me is the AI,
though a more complicated AI is considered better, sometimes it is just not realistic. I played steel cage matches and executed my so-called finishin move, and when I was about half way up the cage the supposed finished off superstar stood right back up like nothing happened after minutes of being pummeled to death. But, the game in itself is a wonderful game, and I like the option to chne the color of your favourite superstar's clothing. WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 (Xbox 360, 2009)

this is a great game. lots of fun, and lots to do. making custom wrestlers and commanding your own story mode is the real draw of this title. you can make very unique characters and even upload your own music to use in their entrance theme.
the only real downfall of this game, is the object collision. hair goes through jackets, belts go through shirts, etc.
this minor detail aside, its a fun game, that will keep a creative type busy for weeksRead full review...

RAW V.S SMACKDOWN 2010 REALLY IS SUPER SUPER AWESOME!!!

What I liked and loved about it was that they had new characters and new special modes. Like, Create a finisher or Make an entrance video, and even the training area at the beginning of the game. It also has a new Road to Wrestlemania storyline which is awesome! What I kind of (but not completely) dislike was that they still have Mark Henry as bad and that you have to use points to style a created character. Plus, they took away the other good clothing. Definitely an improvement.

People have been saying this is one of (if not) the best smackdown games and they are right. All the new features and improvements over SVR2009 make SVR09 look like a stepping stone for this great game.

A lot of glitches from past games have fixed such as the infamous freeze glitch. You can't do the freeze glitch anymore because the 'Fists of Fury' feature was taken out. This a good thing.

The roster is very current with only very few superstars that shouldn't be in the game. But its nice to have them anyways.

Road to Wrestlemaina mode is back and is in the same format as last format as last year but now we can play as a diva for the first time (Mickie James) and a created superstar. The storylines are better this year and there are plenty of unlockables so you'll have a reason to play it. The overall presentation of RTWM is better this year.

Carrer mode is back and is not changed... at all. It's ok. But now this year we can upgrade our CAW in any mode, not just carrer. This even inludes online!Read full review...

Love this game.

I played all the WWE titles and this one is my favorite followed by 2016 then 2009. The graphics are good, blood effects are good, game play is good, everything is good. Lots of match types. Well done game with many playing options

The family is enjoying the multitude of match types and career paths. We have made our own characters are in competition to upgrade them. A little frustrating in getting hurt is hard to recover from later, but not unrealistic. Very good game in my opinion with varying play mode options, character customization, and career modes. They went to great lengths to incorporate hundreds upon hundreds of moves and giving you ability to pick which ones are executed by a character.Read full review...

Bought this for my son, after his original was burgled from his mum's place. He says this version has better graphics, but it could be he also likes the character selection, which varies from game to game.
