The 2nd Best Wrestling Game ever Made

This game is awesome, although I wouldn't recommend this game due to the fact that THQ put out WWF No Mercy for the N64. WWF Wrestlemania 2000 just doesn't offer the outstanding features that WWF No Mercy offers. In my eyes, WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is the 2nd best wrestling game ever made. This was the first THQ game for the N64 that allowed you to use WWF wrestlers. The features are almost identical to WWF No Mercy, but there are still a few key things missing.

WWF Wrestlemania 2000 (Nintendo 64)

Get your face paint out and your game face on for Wrestlemania 2000. Over 50 of the top superstars of the WWF are ready to brawl in this take to the mat. If the regular guys aren’t good enough for you, go ahead and create your own you can build a wrestler from the ground up and give him any personality you’d like (down to taunts, appearance, and mannerisms). Brought to you by the same folks who created the popular WCW or NWO REVENGE, this one is a complete wrestling package: all of the characters, moves, options, and match varieties you could ever imagine. With awesome graphics and presentation, the ring entrances are simply unbelievable. You can pick your wrestler and throw down in Tag Team, Cage, and Weapons matches, as well as the standard modes you know and love. Weapons mode allows you to get foreign objects from the audience, and use the items to take your competition out. The centerpiece of the game is the Road to Wrestlemania, a story mode that deals with the reality of competing every week in order to make it to the big dance Wrestlemania. WWF WrestleMania 2000 is a classic!

WWF WrestleMania 2000 is a classic! Fans of the WWF (WWE), the 'attitude era' of professional wrestling, Nintendo 64 aficionados, and players of good N64 games should all be aware of this game.
>As I implied; this game is one of the funnest on the N64 console. This game includes (1) so many of the fan favorite wrestlers of the time, (2) variant types of matches, (3) a comprehensive career mode, (4) awesome create-a-wrestler mode, and even more features awaiting those who haven't yet had the pleasure of playing this game.

It has the best controller layout of wrestling games on the console, as are the others coming from the developers at THQ. This game is such a excellent game, that even gamers who don't really care for professional wrestling know this game is a "must have."

N64 & THQ Struck Gold With This Gem!

I recently bought WWF WRESTLEMANIA 2000 for the N64 and all I can say is that I miss the ATTITUDE ERA. This game brings to light the WWF ATTITUDE ERA in its best form. I wish that WWE programming was still like this today. This game was made in 1999, but the gameplay is outstanding. I beleive that THQ captured the WWF at its best in this game. The storylines and wrestlers make you feel like you are back in the attitude era. I'd recommend this to any person who loves old WWF/E video games and wants to enjoy a game that has overall good gameplay and gives an awesome experience.Read full review...

Awesome Game!

I grew up with this game, and since I hadn't played it in about 10 years, I decided to buy it again. It's just as good as I remember! Pretty good graphics for it's time, great gameplay, excellent features, and awesome roster! A must have for any WWF Attitude Era fan. Childhood Memories

WWF WrestleMania 2000 is my second favorite videogame of all time and for good reason, this game has the words fun, excitement, and entertainment written all over it, it was released way back in 1999 and it's still considered by many people the best wrestling videogame ever created, this videogame may not have the best graphics, but it certainly has the best gameplay I strongly recommend this truly successful game.Read full review...
