Solid, high quality product that works exactly the way it is advertised and better than you might imagine.
Based on all I have studied, this unit was highly rated and ideal for automotive interrior cleaning. I found this to be truth as it works like magic. There is a lot of power in this unit so it pumps out steam with solid force that melts away dirt nearly instantly with no need for harsh chemicals. I purchased this for ME but my wife has taken it over and loves how easy it is to use. She uses it to clean shower grout and in tight spaces around the bathroom. The steam blows pretty hard so dirt gets forced out of these spaces where she has never been able to reach well with a sponge or cleaning towel. Bang for your buck. Attachments make it useable for numerous tasks. Intend to use filtered water to increase the lifespan, had older unit from another brand and eventually tap water will cause failure due to residue build up. About the only complaint about it is the power cord is rather short requiring an extension cord for ANY use, but that is not an issue as have dedicated 14 gauge extension for that job already from old unit. Simply put there is a steady stream of hot steam. I was afraid that the steamers in the consumer marketplace would have weak, barely hot steam, but this one has a good strong stream for any home use... This is so powerful and lasts for 40 min. which is great since I use it for cleaning!! The only thing that I would improve is the connect from the hose to the base. Maybe make it so you can replace the hose? After using my old one the hose cracked at the base and that is the only reason I'm buying a new one.The machine was still working, the cracked hose was exposing the wires at the base.Read full review...

I recieved it even before the estimated delivery date. The performance is not as I expected. I tried to clean my engine but its not a magic as you see it in ads. You still need to scrub and use chemicals. I would say pressure washer with good engine decreaser would do a better job, however will keep it for general cleaning.Read full review...

Powerful steam cleaner for regular cleaning without products
Works fine as described in different comments. Water drops when starting reusing it, which is not a problem when you know it. :)
Even with power, removing dust stuck on wood or porcelain (cupboard, bathtube, ...) requires to stay some seconds at the same place and move slowly. Good result to clean windows, inaccessible interstices (fridge) and stovetops. Did not test it, but may take a bit long when working on big surfaces with impregnated dust such as an oven.
The guide gives 45 minutes waiting for filled tank (1.3 liter) but it works before this waiting time.
Possible improvements : show level of water, have a longer wire.Read full review...
