Very disappointed with quality of item

Product seems flimsy- dies were difficult to match to size of watch- there were no instructions included, but I am familiar with the aim of the product as I had experience in a department store jewelry department and used a great tool there.

Got the back on the watch as planned with much trial and error- but the stem broke off and will need to be replaced. ( I hope) It fit well within the bottom cup, so I am at a loss to explain that.

The top and bottom cup should fit ( nest) within one another insuring equal pressure all around. Had a VERY hard time making the tops and bottoms connect if screwed down all the way on the screws designed to hold them. So I had to unscrew each ( jeopardizing stability) in order to get enough pressure to snap the back in place.
