If you like knives, enjoy making knives from kit materials, or have ever wanted to make your own knife from scratch, this book is a wealth of information. It covers 2 of the common techniques for modern hobby knifemaking--stock removal and forging. Goddard discusses equipment that you can make yourself without breaking the bank using common materials from yard sales and second hand stores. Really liked the book very much .It had a lot of information on making knives from scrap metal to forging a blade.I would like to start making knives as a hobby for my relatives and myself.Wayne has an excellent price on his book.I would also like to learn how to carve knife handles out of antler or some type of bone.Read full review...

Good book, a lot interesting. The described techniques are many profits and exposed much good. It helps to make knives with second hand materials with little expense. Advised.
