If you have a Weber, you need this book

My friend has a Weber grill and a friend of his lent him this book. After looking it over one night I decided to buy it. I consider myself a level 5 grillmaster and there were still some interesting tricks in this book I had yet to try. It would be the perfect gift for a novice or advanced grill person. I would suggest it especially for those with Weber charcoal grills, although I don't have one and I still get great use out of the book. It would be the perfect complimentary gift to a Weber grill. The recipes are fantastic and the book will explain most everything there is to know about how to use a charcoal grill correctly. My personal suggestion: buy the book.Read full review...
