The hooks arrived quicker than I expected. They were a bit rigid at first but after using them a few times they became much more pliable. Had to adjust them to find my right comfort level and support (which I did) but after I did I was amazed with how many more reps I could get using these hooks. My hands would fatigue after 2 sets of 300 lbs on shoulder shrugs but using these hooks allowed me to much easier complete 3 full set.
