Lower your blood pressure without drugs!

My acupuncturist recommended this book for me, and I was lucky enough to get a great deal on it on eBay. As soon as I received it, I read about the supplements and specific foods to add to my diet to lower my bp. There is even a whole section on which natural foods will mimic the actions of various high blood pressure meds! The last meds I were on were Angiotensin II receptor blockers, which the author suggests celery mimics. The good news: after about a week of 4-6 stalks of celery a day, cutting back my salt intake drastically, adding several supplements to the ones I was already taking, and taking my acupuncturist's herbal formula, my systolic dropped 20 points and my diastolic dropped 10 points - exactly what I needed to put me within the healthy range.
