Fit plus has a few more games for fun and is better than just the wii fit game. However if you are more into the exercises and or yoga there isn't a huge difference. This is a great addition to the Wii family. The game allows you to track your time spent away from the game. It also allows you to switch between family members in the game instead of having to start over. The best part of the game is it has games even my five year old can play and enjoy. I love the WII fit Plus. Having worked through the WII fit I needed something more. I found it in this product. I can make my own routine of exercise to what I like to do. Also tells me how many calories I burn for each exercise that I do. I not only get a work out, it is fun! We bought the wii fit plus a couple of weeks ago, we have used the wii fit plus a lot, we already had the wii fit and enjoyed it. So adding the wii fit plus to the wii and wii fit gave us more exercises and so on to enjoy..
We like to get some exercise to stay healthy and this is a great way to do it and you can exercise or play games yourself even invite friends over for an evening, of fun with the wii fit and the wii fit plus, right in your own home.Read full review...

It's the happening thing in exercise! So much fun!

I, like most other people like to be fit. I work from 4 p.m. until midnight. I have a hard time sticking to a routine with my hours of work. The Wii fit plus lets me enjoy my workouts, without having to leave my home, and on my own time, to meet my schedule needs. The whole family participates and it feel more like a game than an actual workout. Helps me feel focused and not like I have to work out, but I want to work out. I already owned the original Wii Fit version, using it more every week; I LOVE IT!!
The Wii Fit Plus program's DVD, which I purchased through ebay, intergrating all the stored information from my original Wii Fit version, giving me the choice of new routines and games or going with the original, as well as creating my own routines mixing them in the sequences I prefer. Cool new features

Since you already have Wii fit, I would not rush out to buy this. It does have a few new games that are fun, and the calorie counter that tells you how much you just burned is neat. I bought it because I lost my Wii Fit disc when I moved. I do like how this allows you to switch players in a certain game without having to go back to the main menu.Read full review...
