How Wii Sports Resort helped our family

My family gave me a Wii console a couple of years ago, which included some games. One family member brought over his Wii Sports Resort game and the fun began. It offered many different programs, all requiring both physical ability and mental skills. One program, 100 pin bowling, was the best of the lot. My nine year old grandson and I go head to head playing this and it gets us off the sofa and really working our entire body to knock down pins. The other program is Kayaking which is a REAL workout, even if you're sitting down. On a rainy day, when we can't get outdoors to bike or swim, Wii Sports Resort is the perfect alternative. I bought this on ebay at a great price, shipping was free and was a bargain. It has also brought our kids and grandkids closer to us and breaks many age barriers.
