As with all of Wofgang Puck's cookbooks you will learn something new. Love the recipes and helpful tips. If you are a begginer or advanced cook this cookbook is for you! You can never go wrong with one of Wolfgang's cookbooks. Also like the detailed pictures and easy to follow instructions. Some things called for in the recipe are harder to find in your local supermarket but with all the specialty shops out there today they are available. Great find and will always keep my eye out for any new Wolfgang Puck cookbooks.Read full review...

The recipes in the book are easy and good. It is easy to switch splenda for sugar and soy flour for white flour to get the low carb and right carbs for a person who has to watch sugar/carb intake such as I do.
