fun, fast, great workout
this dvd is great! it's broken up into sections, cardio, upper body, lower body, balance/flexibility, and a bonus core workout. each section is about 10 mins. so you can customize your workout for your specific needs. the instructor is motivational but NOT cheesy and annoying. the moves are easy enough for beginners and still challenging for more experienced people. you don't need a whole lot of space either. some dvd's make you move around so much you need a studio! this one is great and you can easily do it in your living room. the bonus core section is sure to make you feel the burn, but you need a exercise ball (a great tool regardless) but you could still do the moves on the floor. the other WH dvd "ultimate fat burn" is awesome too! highly recommend both dvd's!Read full review...
womens health workout in the time you have
I love this dvd, you get a great workout in a short amount of time. You can do
one or more body parts. I usually warm up with cardio, then do at least one
body part.
Nice build-your-own workout option
An average workout DVD. A little slower paced - not as intense of a workout. I really like how you can build your own workout by pre-setting as many of the 10 min sections as you want in whatever order you want.Read full review...
Great exercise DVD
Great workout DVD. Easy to follow. I was a beginner at this and they made it simple to follow. The instructor is good and very motivating! Love it!!! :)
Loves it
I looked everywhere for this DVD and finally found it...at a excellent price too...so happy!! Could only find it at the local library and you can only have it out for a max of 2 weeks...Thank you!!
