Well worth it at discounted price.

@ list price, I couldn't bear the thought of spending that much money for such a simple storage bag. But at $39 (discounted) I took the plunge and glad I did. It fits snugly under the seat and has a handle for carrying the storage bag around with you. I put my tools and essentials in there and leave my top case open for lighter items.
