Great value, easy setup.
The base and handset were factory reset and easy to set up. They arrived well packaged and quickly. The screen on the phone was clear and unscratched. We use several of these phone sets at work so this was a great value to add to our facility. Good but a few rough edges
Decent cordless IP phone system, but having to flash a custom firmware image then do a factory reset before provisioning was workable was a little annoying. Also, recent caller list does not display the numbers, but rather attempts to show name or location, which for unknown callers is far less useful and is not configurable. A Very Nice Cordless IP Phone.
Why be chained to your desk? This DECT phone with the SIP base works like a champ. It is easy to manually configure for Asterisk using FreePBX (I used the IncrediblePBX version). The range is great and the base can accommodate up to 8 handsets.
This particular unit from 5-Star was refurbished - but you'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference between it and a new phone. No documentation came with it, but that is easily found on the Yealink website. Very nice.Read full review...
