Really Nice Concept.
This is a really great concept, not so much a game as an exercise tool. I really burned those abs for the 5 minutes I spent testing it for use on my girlfriend's PC. Its not perfect however, and you have to really have a well lit room without too much stuff in the background to be truly effective (not so much the case at my place). Also, although the execution of this idea is pretty nice, there are some flaws in how it works, for instance, it found fault with my exercise (which is fair, I'm a fairly sedentary guy) and it complimented my form at the moment I sat back down to exit the game. I think it wouldn't get so confused in an ideal environment for the camera, but I didn't really have such an ideal environment to test with. Some of the videos on Youtube will show what such a background might look like. All in all, great concept, pretty good execution. I think I would recommend it.Read full review...
Good workout
The game is very easy, the camera works great. Dose not have any lag while playing on my system. The cardeo. is high and I would not reccomend for older people or just starting out getting in shape. Over all I would rate this game 8 starsRead full review...
Your Shape Exercise Program
I'd seen it advertised on TV and wanted to try the program. When I received it, I was surprised to find that it consists of a tiny video camera and a CD. Not much to it, so it takes up no space at all. No having to find some place to store it.
As yet, I haven't had time to try it out, which is very disappointing to me, but other things have taken priority.
But the reason I bought it is because it connects right to your computer and the camera watches you and shows you exactly what you are doing and shows you how to correct what you are doing wrong. You tell it what you want to work on and it gives you the exercises. And it works with whatever exercise equipment you already have, if any.

Most awesome game ever!
It keeps you moving! It's mobile and is easy to understand, easy to use, and set up! It helps that you can see yourself so you know what you are doing! Great program for everyone!
System Requirements not Explained???????
This product is falsely advertised by the manufactory. On system requirements you are not informed of all requirements. You need a specificate video card in your computer. The people that are selling this item USED on Ebay probably had the same problem and are selling it and not informing buyers of this problem that the unit has and the problem they had also inquired. The software informs you of this problem while installing. Sellers should inform buyers in their discription of the product or this requirement. I am taking this as a loss and going to find some one that wants this item and has the right card in their computer to sell it to.Read full review...
Disappointed.
I was hoping to be able to use motion sensor video games without having to buy a system just to do that. I could not get this to run on my PC and ended up returning the product. It turns out that it needs a better video card than I have in my laptop, and it just isn't cost effective to replace the card to enable the game.Read full review...
Your Shape (PC Games, 2009)
I can't rate it yet because I haven't used it. I don't even know if it compatible with my PC. When I hook it up to my PC and try it, then I will write a review.

Awesome ! At first I didn't believe but it's feels like you are in gym and you can feel the fat burning! And you do work out with this.
