Great mochi making machine!!!

Very easy to use. Has an instruction manual (in Japanese) with pictures and recipes. I've only made mochi with it so far but the manual says it can be used to make miso, to knead dough made from wheat flour, and has recipes for some dishes like red rice. If you're using it outside of Japan then it's a good idea to use a separate step up/ step down transformer.Read full review
