Wrong item all together.
Well I would have to understand if the item was missing parts as the listing states it might have that sort of issues.
But the wrong lock all together is a bit different.
And I would be happy to understand a mix up. But not responding to the messages sent over this issue is NOT the proper way to handle an issue. The one thing that is FREE in this business is word of mouth advertising. And advertising is also the most costly measure in a business. For you to squander away an opportunity for some good advertising as I am a fairly big and connected YouTube creator in the locksport and collector lock communitys.
Is well, frustrating. But more so even is just plain SAD.
I finish this review with sad thoughts of any further business that might have come. Has now GONE!
