Works perfect.
Used the W3680 to upgrade an early 2009 MacPro from a W3520 quad core to the W3680. New cpu worked perfect first time. Machine is faster and more responsive. (A note for those wanting to do this upgrade: You must update the firmware of the MacPro from 4,1 to 5,1 first.)
