Great griddle!
It is lightweight, easy to clean. Cooks evenly. Bought it mostly to make French Toast for my Grandsons. Love it! Makes 8 pieces at a time, perfectly even toasted, and non stick.

Good glass....
Not quite what I expected in size. The quality is good, but the lid is very narrow. Barely fits over the butter without hitting the sides. Gets messy easily. Having the handle is nice, but overall too narrow to keep dish clean.

Awesome recipes!
To be honest, I had already owned this book once. I needed a replacement because it has a lot of great recipes and is beautifully illustrated.
