Doesn't look new, both box and product are broken or show signs of wear. Would not recommend. Shouldn't have bought, considering it's from Best Buy...

Not suitable for tea...
Unless you’re using large leaves, this is not good for tea. Tiny bits get out into the water, resulting in the drinker getting mouthfuls of leaf particles which stick in the teeth and irritate the throat. It’s much better suited for making flavored water, but that’s not what I bought it for.
