returned and replaced twice still doesnt function properly
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought the first one online and when I received it, it was a used unit without original packaging and defective turntable. I assuming it was defective unit someone had taken it apart couldn't fix it and returned it back to the warehouse. I took it back to a brick and mortar target and exchanged it for a new one off the shelf, and the CD player doesn't work on this one. I'm waiting for a call from Crosley,s help line on how to fix it or what the problem is on this one. I called on the first one and received a call back in 2 days. The tech was pleasant and did all she could to help but first unit was beyond fixing. We will see on this one.
