Pretty happy, tools are so-so
9 of 9 found this helpful Battery in my just over 1 year old 6p was dying very quickly (battery capacity measured at 2573mAH vs 3450mAH new according to AccuBattery) and if the phone got even remotely cold it would shut down. Decided I had nothing to lose by trying to replace the battery.
The replacement procedure went well, but I do have a fair bit of experience taking things apart, took about 45 min start to finish. Prying tools are a bit lacking, I used a razor-scraper to pry things apart carefully!
The battery date on my original was 2015-10-13 and the new battery was 2015-11-21 (bought on 2017-04-05) so the battery was about the same age.
I am happy to report that the battery capacity is now 3519mAH so it's actually a bit better than the rated capacity and I have noticed a *much* better battery life, easily get's me through a day again.
