Does the job...I have owned many Lg burners as well as a Lg bluray ...so I stick with them for now.

The only problem with the LG Burner is that it is very noisy when the computer boots up...after that everything works fine. The Lg burns dvd as well as cds perfectly....have not tried burning a m-disc yet.
