  Seller communication was positive. The rejuvenation paintjob is fine. The "EE friend reworked the motor" comment was stated, but wire feed-throughs are abraded and poorly heat shrinked (tubing) so I will disassemble the motor to properly rewire with new material to prevent shorting risk. As an ME, I suggest an electrical TECHNICIAN, not an engineer, would be better a better choice for proper workmanship in the future. The correct quantity, type & packing condition arrived in a timely manner.
