Not a re-manufactured print head
1 of 1 found this helpful Nov. 21, 2016 I received the print head. The print head had a large amount of red ink and a bit of blue caked on the head. The contacts were green in color. Over all one could tell that this was a well used unit and not a re-manufactured one. Photos were taken. Installed the print head in the printer and message said unsupported head. Cleaned the contacts with alcohol and reinstalled it. Did a deep print head cleaning two times. Black works but no color. Would like to have return it or get an adjustment in price as I can do without color. Used and re-manufactured are not the
